How Does It Work

3. Pattern Making and Cutting
- Create precise patterns using CAD software or traditional pattern-making techniques.
- Optimize patterns for efficient material usage and minimal waste.
- Lay out patterns on the selected materials.
- Cut fabric and leather pieces accurately using specialized cutting machines.
4. Construction and Assembly
- Assign tasks to skilled craftspeople based on their expertise in different areas (e.g., saddlery, tailoring, embroidery).
- Assemble pieces meticulously, following detailed instructions and using appropriate stitching techniques.
- Reinforce stress points for durability and safety.
- Incorporate logos, labels, or other branding elements as per the client’s specifications.
5. Quality Control
- Conduct thorough inspections at multiple stages of production to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Implement a quality management system to track and document production processes.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations for equestrian gear.
- Address any issues promptly and maintain a high level of quality control.
6. Finishing and Packaging
- Apply final touches, such as trimming, cleaning, and polishing.

7. Shipping and Delivery
